At you are an experienced glazier looking to join a trusted, professional team that is well-known for superior work and service? Perhaps you are interested in a trainee glazier position to learn the trade alongside skilled glass craftspeople?

At Oxford Glass & Glazing Systems, we provide a wide range of services, including general glazing, mirrors, painted glass, balustrades and more.

We supply and cut glass at our Oxford Glass workshop in Botley - Oxford, OX2 0LX and you can take a look at our current vacancies below.

Experienced Glazier / Glass cutter required

Varied duties including working with all types of glass replacement in domestic and commercial properties.

Glass cutting, fitting mirrors, balustrades, secondary glazing panels, shower screens, double glazed units

Key Requirements:
  • Clean driving licence and be able to commute daily to Botley, Oxford (our vehicles will be used for travel to site)
  • Speak fluent English and capable of reading / writing to a reasonable level
  • Well presented, punctual and organised
  • Manual Handling
  • Comfortable working with a range of hand and power tools
  • Ability to work at heights using various methods of access
  • Awareness of safe working practices, especially when handling glass
  • A pleasant and polite manner to deal with customers
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • A good level of fitness
  • The ability to plan and organise workloads to meet job deadlines
  • The working environment is friendly and we actively encourage a team ethos in order to create a positive experience for all.
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm.
  • Note: Salary is negotiable and dependent on age & experience

Trainee Glazier required
